Chris Marcy brings 15 years of multifamily and commercial real estate management experience, with a proven record of turnarounds, lease-ups, and operational efficiency. His career began with E.L. Development, where he managed maintenance operations, tenant relations, and commercial leasing, contributing to the development of a 60,000 SF commercial plaza.

Transitioning into multifamily management in 2015, Chris quickly rose to leadership roles, overseeing Class A lease-ups like Heinz 950 Northshore (151 units) and The Brix at 26 (87 units). Known for strategic planning and resident retention, he successfully led the turnaround of The Lively at Carolina Forest (305 units), achieving 99%+ occupancy and reducing bad debt by $280,000 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chris has since managed multiple large communities, including The Banks at Bridgewater and Stepping Stone at Bridgewater, driving restaffing initiatives, expense control, and improved operational performance. His expertise spans staff leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and community development, making him a key asset in Solure Group’s mission to deliver top-tier property management.
