Ed brings 20+ years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, lending, and asset management. As Director of Capital Markets and Asset Management at PassiveInvesting.com, LLC, he oversees financing strategies and performance for a $1.5B+ portfolio across multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, and car wash assets. 

A former commercial lender, Ed holds a master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a bachelor’s in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. At Solure Group, LLC, his primary focus is building and leading a high-performing leadership team to ensure all operations and staff are aligned with ownership’s vision.
